In its regulations, the Institute of Professional Studies sets out a code of conduct and actions which should be taken to safeguard its integrity and prevent disruptions. Thus, the rules of the Institute are designed to the Institute's image, vision, property and students.

In the event of a breach of code or rule, the students so involved may be suspended or expelled.A student may also be suspended if his or her continuous stay on campus in some regard is considered inimical.
