(i)WASSCE/SSSCE/GBCE
Passes in Core English, Core Mathematics, Core Science and any other three elective subjects with an aggregate score of 24 or better.

OTHER QUALIFICATIONS
Applicants with qualifications other than WASSCE/SSSCE/GBCE who may wish to apply for the Morning Session (level 100 only) must in addition to their qualifications have passes in core English, core Mathematics and core Science at WASSCE/SSSCE/ GBCE or in the case of GCE ‘O’Level holders, credit in English Language, Mathematics and any Science subject.
INTERNATIONAL APPLICANTS
International Applicants may be admitted on the basis of qualifications from their home countries, for which equivalence shall be determined by the National Accreditation Board (NAB) of Ghana and submitted to the Institute. Evidence of proficiency in English Language will be required in the case of applicants from non-English speaking countries.
(ii) General Certificate of Education
Holders of General Certificate of Education/School Certificate of the West African Examinations Council (WAEC) with credit passes in six (6) subjects including English, Mathematics and a Science subject at the ‘O’ Level.
(ii) Professional Qualifications
- Holders of recognized professional qualifications (ICA-Ghana, ACCA, CIMA, ICSA, CIM etc) may apply for consideration into levels 200 and 300 based on levels of qualification.
- Holders of the Royal Society of Arts (RSA) with six (6) passes in stage two including English and Mathematics and three (3) passes at the stage three
- General Business Certificate Examination (GBCE) with passes in six (6) subjects including English language and Mathematics
- Post Secondary Teacher’s Certificate
Other equivalent qualifications may also be considered. Applicants may be required to go through a screening and selection interview. |
